PURPOSE:To set a hysteresis voltage width to an optional value comparatively largely, to set a threshold voltage to an optional value and to cope with circuit integration by flowing a constant current from a constant current source to the 1st and 2nd transistors (TRs) and flowing the current further to the 1st and 2nd current mirror circuits. CONSTITUTION:The 1st TR 5 to which the 1st input voltage Vin<+> is applied, the 2nd TR 7 to which the 2nd input voltage Vin<-> is applied, a resistor 23 connecting emitters of the 1st and 2nd TRs 5, 6, and at least one constant current source 1 (or 3) connected to the emitter of the 1st and 2nd TRs 5, 7 directly or via the resistor 23, are provided. Moreover, the 1st current mirror circuit 9 having the 1st current transfer ratio n1 where a TR 13 is connected in series with the 1st TR 5, the other TR 17 is connected in series with the 2nd TR 7, and the 2nd current mirror circuit 11 having the 2nd current transfer ratio n2 where the TR 15 is connected in series with the 2nd TR 7 and the other TR 19 is connected in series with the 1st TR 5, are provided.
