摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain a fluorescent reference particle for flow site memory with the determined number of fluorescent molecules holding the particles, by making spherical particles comprising a polymer having a reactive group able to react with an isocyanate group or a thioisocyanate group at least on the surface thereof react with a fluorescent substance having an isocyanate group or a thioisocyanate group. CONSTITUTION:Spherical particles comprising a polymer having reactive group able to react with an isocyanate group or a thioisocyanate group at least on a surface thereof are made to react with a fluorescent substance having an isocyanate group or a thioisocyanate group to obtain the title particles. The reactive group able to react with the isocyanate or the thioisocyanate group is -NH2 group, -COOH group or -ON group. The polymer having such reactive groups is produced by polymerizinag monofunctional polymers and/or multifunctional insaturated ester monomers. The number of fluorescent molecules of reference particles is measured quantitatively in the process of synthesizing the fluorescent reference particles by allowing spherical particles to react with fluorescent substances in such a manner as to have groups reactive to each other.
