发明名称 INJECTION CONTROL DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To cope quickly with an excessive control of an injection quantity and a sudden change of a flow rate by setting a gain in accordance with a flow rate of a fluid or a time variation of injection quantity of an injecting liquid, and correcting a manipulated variable which is given to an injecting machine from a controller. CONSTITUTION:A flow rate FL of a fluid line 11 is detected by a flow meter 12, multiplied by an injection rate set value SV in a multiplir 13, and an injection quantity set value PSV is given to a controller 14. A manipulated variable PV in a PID control is checked by an increase direction detector 18 and a decrease direction detector 19 a every prescribed time, and in accordance with a variation quantity related to how much DELTA PV/DELTAt is varied, a correcting gain of +alpha or -alpha is outputted to the manipulated variable of an injecting liquid of the present state, and inputted to a gain selector 20. The gain selector 20 selects the correcting values alpha, -alpha and gives the correcting gain to a correction operator 17, multiplied by the manipulated variable PV from the controller 14, in this correction operator 17, and a corrected manipulated variable PV is calculated, and given to an injecting machine 15. In this way, for instance, in case the manipulated variable PV is in the increase direction, more liquid is injected, therefore, the correction of +alpha is executed, and a corrected manipulat ed variable PaV is increased against the manipulated variable which is not corrected, so as to stabilize it more quickly.
