PURPOSE:To prevent optical fiber codes from being congested and interwound with each other, by providing an optical connector adaptor, mechanism for disposing excessive parts of optical fiber codes, optical fiber code loading member having a horn-like shape, and separator. CONSTITUTION:Optical connector adaptors 2 are fixed zigzag in the longitudinal and transverse directions to the side face section 1a of an L-shaped fitting plate 1 by means of screws, etc., and disk-like reels 5 for disposing excessive parts of optical fiber codes 4 are closely contacted with the bottom face section 1b of the fitting plate 1 under a condition where the reels 5 are freely rotated by means of a rotating shaft 6. The optical fiber code 4 connected with an optical connector 3 is fixedly held by means of a coil spring 9 after it is wound around the disk-like reel 5 for a necessary winding number and contained in the opening section of a U-shaped separator. Then the code 4 is led to the outside through a horn-shaped optical fiber code loading member 7 provided at the bottom face section 1b of the fitting plate 1.
