PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency of washing process and to prevent a drop of water containing rate of a positive electrode plate and deterioration if instant serviceability owing to its temperature rise, by washing plural compound positive electrode plates in a condition of piling up. CONSTITUTION:When plural positive electrode plates are piled up contacted each other, and washed in a shower spray of water, gaps 3 are formed between the piled up positive electrode plates 1, 1,... because of their uneven surfaces. In this case, the water W can pass freely through the gaps between the neighboring plates 1, 1, by a pressure of the water spray. Therefore, working efficiency of the washing process can be remarkably improved by avoiding trouble of separating the plates one by one. Moreover, by spraying water to the piled up positive electrode plates, some moisture is maintained owing to the surface tension in the gaps 3 between each plate. It is useful to prevent a rise of temperature of the plates when they are laid as they are to dry up, after the shower washing of water spray is over, as well as causing to prevent a drop of the water containing rate owing to a too much drying. |
