PURPOSE:To set optionally the accuracy of size of alignment of substrate required for a substrate by providing a metal ring to the inner circumference hole of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:The metal ring 1 is mounted at first to a reinforcement ring 2 formed with an inner diameter r2 and outer diameter r5. Then a substrate blank material 10 with inner diameter r4 and the reinforcement ring 2 are bonded by face to face by using an anaerobic ultraviolet curing resin or epoxy adhesives. The substrate connected by the adhesives shown that the coarse accuracy of a through-hole 13 is replaced by high accuracy processing hole r1 of the metal ring 1. The accuracy of the thorough-hole r1 of the metal ring 1 is processed within a tolerance of + or -10mum according to the designation. |
