PURPOSE:To attain ease of generation of a directory and automatic talking by inputting and storing directory information from a keyboard while observing a display section and displaying desired directory information and performing automatic dialing in case of calling. CONSTITUTION:While observing the display section 6 comprising a CRT or the like, the directory information including a name, an address and a telephone number is inputted from the keyboard 7 under the control of a controller 5 and displayed and the directory information is inputted to a storage device 9 by touching a generation command section on the display section 6. Then the information is inputted from the keyboard 7, the storage device 9 is read and the input is repeated until the desired information is displayed (6). When the desired information appears, the system is connected to a talking line 10 via a PBX by touching the talking command section on the display section so as to bring the talking device 15 into the talking state. Further, the content of the storage device 9 is printed (8). Thus, the generation, retrieval of the directory and automatic talking are executed efficiently with a simple operation. |
