PURPOSE:To facilitate the cleaning of the interior of a housing, by forming a nozzle housing into an inverted conical shape and mounting a nozzle shaft equipped with a double conical inner wall surface to the center line of said housing. CONSTITUTION:An nozzle shaft B is inserted in a housing A in a state extending so as to pierce the upper part thereof and a liquid F to be sprayed is sent into said nozzle shaft B. The nozzle shaft B has a double conical shape formed to the inner wall surface thereof below the liquid inflow slit of said inner wall surface and contraction is generated in the liquid. The liquid is issued from the nozzle shaft B to pass the apex of the vortex compressed cone present at the lower part of the housing and finely separated into extremely fine liquid particles by the rotary force of an air stream to be formed into a cone shaped mist bale.
