PURPOSE:To easily manufacture prepreg by a method wherein two sheets of unidirectionally paralleled prepregs, to which lined releasing papers facing back to back are polymerized, are wound with weft thread and pressed into integral bodies. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of unidirectionally paralleled prepregs 1 and 1, which are wound onto two rolls 1a and 1a vertically set to a roll set stand 7 and to which lined releasing papers 2 and 2 facing each other back to back, are taken off and past through supporting rollers 8 and 8' in order to be fed to a weft thread winding part 6. Each weft thread is set on a bobbin under the wound state so as to be supplied to the prepregs 1 and 1 through a filament yarn separating device 11. After being wound with the weft threads at the weft thread winding part 6, the prepregs 1 and 1 are heated under pressure to be made into integral bodies. |
