PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency and characteristic in soldering by controlling with variable speed the transfer speed of soldering body in automatic soldering process. CONSTITUTION:Each unit of foaming type fluxer 3, preheater 4, jet type solder tank 5 and cooling fan 6 is arranged in order along transfer conveyor 1. The conveyor 1 provides a pair of endless chains to transport soldering body. The transfer speed of the transfer conveyor 1 is made controllable in variable speed by connecting the motor which enables the variable speed control to the driving shaft of one part of the sprocket arranged on both ends of the chain. With this mechanism a program is set up corresponding to each stage and the transfer speed is controlled to the optimal speed on each stage. The soldering efficiency is increased with this method and also due to the optimization in the transfer speed the soldering characteristic is increased as well. |
