PURPOSE:To apply a thrust load in case of the reverse revolution of a shaft by interposing an intermediate shaft between two opposed receiving plates, thus generating a dynamic pressure in case of reverse revolution. CONSTITUTION:When a shaft is revolved reversely because of the wiring mistake, etc., the lubricating liquid in a spiral groove 11 on the front side of an intermediate plate 10 is discharged to the peripheral side, and an attraction force acts between an upper receiving plate 12 and the intermediate plate 10, and said intermediate plate 10 revolves integrally with a rotary shaft 1. Therefore, a dynamic pressure effect is generated between a lower receiving plate 3 and the spiral groove 11 on the back surface of the intermediate plate 10, and the thrust load equal to that in case of normal revolution can be applied in the reverse revolution, too.
