摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To bring a plate thickness deviation from the target thickness to an unlimitedly near value of zero by operating a corrective value of a moving speed of a material to be worked at the outlet side based on each detected value and the set value. CONSTITUTION:The material to be rolled is rolled through plate speed detectors 3a and 3b, thickness gages 4a and 4b, and a rolling mill 1. For an inlet side plate thickness H at an adding point 10 and an inlet side plate speed VE at an adding point 11, deviations DELTAH and DELTAVE are obtained by subtracting the respective set values of HO and VEO from each of respective actual values and multipliers 21 and 22 multiply the deviations DELTAH and DELTAVE by an inlet side target plate thickness HO signal and an inlet side target plate speed VEO signal. An outlet side plate speed corrective value DELTAVDO is operated through an adder 12 and a divider 23. The corrective value DELTAVDO is added to a difference between an outlet side target plate speed VDO and an actual plate speed VD at an adding point 13. A corrective value corresponding to a speed at the neutral point eliminated by a corrector 33, that is, the value (multiplied by 1-f) is added to an advance ratio (f) at an adding point 14. The target rolling speed VM and an output from a speed detector 32 consisting of a generator connected with a rolling mill driving motor 31 are fed back to the adding point 14 to form a constant speed control system.</p>
