发明名称 METHOD FOR ADJUSTING COMPONENT OF MOLTEN IRON
摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust a silicon component with high reliability by estimating the silicon component in a molten iron by a method of least squares in accordance with the temp. of the molten iron specific times before the previous tapping and the measured value of silicon and adjusting siliconization and desiliconization conditions. CONSTITUTION:The molten iron temp. during tapping is continuously measured and samples are taken at specified time intervals from the molten iron prior to component adjustment then the components thereof are analyzed. The (a), (b), (c) in the equation are then determined by the method of least squares with the temp. Tp of the molten iron and the value of [s] of the molten iron component obtd. >=3 times and within 30 times before the previous tapping. The [Si]' is the previous measured value and is used for making estimation by taking the fluctuation of furnace conditions into consideration. The molten iron temp. of that time and the value of the previous molten iron component are substd. into the equation and the molten iron components are estimated. The siliconization and desiliconization conditions are adjusted according to the estimated value, by which the component adjustment of the molten iron is executed.
