PURPOSE:To reduce an apparatus in its axial dimension by fixing a support pin supporting a planetary gear on the side surface of a front bracket for supporting rotation of an armature pinion by plastic deformation fluid coupling. CONSTITUTION:A support pin 8 is implanted through a front bracket 14 supporting an armature pinion 4 through a bearing 16, and after that, the outer peripheral portion 14a of the support pin 8 of the front bracket 14 is vertically locally pressed in several V-grooves disposed at designated positions of the support pin 8 to plastic fluidize a part of a material in the V-grooves 27. Whereupon, both members are bonded together by plastic deformed material, and the bonding strength is retained by stretching force produced in the peripheries of the V-grooves.
