The invention relates to a book-keeping device for a deposit account with chequebook, saving the labour of copying details across by hand as necessitated when paying by cheque. The device comprises a sleeve P on the topside of which are a projection 1 and openings 2, and loose sheets of an autonomous carbonless copying paper ready-printed for book-keeping purposes. The projection defines the position where the cheques are written. These openings enable part of the cheques to be reproduced when the user writes them, and enables the other book-keeping records to be written on these sheets inserted in succession into the sleeve. <IMAGE>
