The invention relates to an easel for a child, which has a shelf 5 in which the pots 20 of paint are incorporated, and a support 12 for sheets of drawing paper with an anti-drip element 13, which can be dismantled and adjusted according to age. It consists of three uprights 1 joined at their end 3, 4, which pass through three circular recesses 8 hollowed out in a rectangular shelf 5. The latter 5 rests on trunnions 11 placed in bores 2 provided in the uprights 1. The circular recesses 7 pierced in this shelf 5, in line with a support board 10, 9 which lies below, receive the pots 20 of paint. A support 12 for sheets of drawing paper with an anti-drip element 13 is fastened to the uprights 1. The easel according to the invention is intended in particular for use by children. <IMAGE>
