Device for inlaying a diamond in a tooth. The invention relates to a device making it possible to inlay a diamond in a tooth, without risk of the diamond being pulled out, while cutting a minimum quantity of tooth and preserving the diamond's maximum sparkle. It consists of a setting 9 cut so that the diamond 8 rests on the setting itself. It is held in this setting with the aid of a very fine claw (setting) 13 ensuring, on the one hand, the diamond's maximum sparkle and, on the other hand, the hermetic sealing of the whole, which will guarantee the stability of the diamond's sparkle. The device according to the invention is intended particularly for brilliant-cut diamonds. The device according to the invention may be intended either for natural teeth or for false teeth. <IMAGE>
