PURPOSE:To simplify a structure, reduce the size thereof, and facilitate repair and inspection work for a brake device by disposing a brake disc and a disc plate between an internal gear hub and a planetary reduction gear. CONSTITUTION:An internal hub 7 comprises a hub body 7A and a ring member 7B which is a cylindrical ring member, the axial inner end portion of which is externally fitted to the hub body 7A. The brake disc 17 and the disc plate 18 of a brake device 16 are disposed between the inner end surface of a planetary arm 4 axially inside the planetary gear 11 of a reduction gear 2 and the hub body 7A. The inner peripheral portion of the brake disc 17 is spline-fitted to the spline portion 1a of an axle 1, and the outer peripheral portion of the disc plate 18 is spline-fitted to an internal gear 10.
