PURPOSE:To increase the working efficiency in welding by providing two terminal type variable constant current controller inside a remote control device and by arranging an output level control circuit inside a welding power source device as well. CONSTITUTION:A two terminals type variable constant current controller 2 is provided inside a portable remote control device 3. Inside a welding power source device 1, a welding power source device driving circuit and output level control circuit are arranged. The output level control circuit is driven by the second power source circuit with the first power source of commercial power source as the common power source of the two terminals type variable constant current controller 2 and welding power source device driving circuit. A proper control of the output current of the variable constant current controller 2 is performed via the opening and closing of a torch switch. Due to the power source device driving circuit and output level controlling circuit being enabled to be driven and controlled by the output current of the controller 2 with this method, the number of control signal cables is reduced and the working efficiency is increased.
