PURPOSE:To provide the titled lubricant by mixing a solid lubricant composed of a specific waxy component, a synthetic resin, graphite and molybdenum disulfide, etc., with a specific liquid incompatible with the solid, heating, melting and dispersing the components, and cooling and solidifying the dispersed product. CONSTITUTION:The objective lubricant is produced by mixing (A) a solid lubricant composed of (i) a waxy component having a melting point of about 60-150 deg.C, (ii) a synthetic resin for the reinforcement of the component i, (iii) graphite and (iv) molybdenum disulfide, etc., with (B) usually 1-30% liquid having low surface tension and high water-repellency and incompatible with the component A, heating, melting and dispersing the components, and cooling and solidifying the dispersed product. EFFECT:The abrasion of the trolley line and the contact strip of the sliding collector of an electric rolling stock can be decreased, and the damage of the sliding collector and the radio disturbance by the arc caused by the deposition of frost, ice and snow on a trolley line in winter season can be suppressed. |
