PURPOSE:To facilitate the preparation of various resins, by providing a stirring tank having not only a stirrer provided therein but also a jacket provided to the outside thereof and a heating medium recirculation circuit wherein a pump, a three-way branch valve, a heat exchanger and a jacket are connected by conduits. CONSTITUTION:At the time of usual operation, a heating medium is operated by a recirculation system for supplying said medium to a jacket 2 through a pump 11, a three-way branch valve 12 and conduits 7, 9 and returning the same to the pump 11 through conduits 5, 6. The high temp. heating medium corresponding to the loss of the quantity of heat is supplied through a control valve 14 to perform the regulation of the temp. of a treating solution and the excessive heating medium is discharged from a conduit. When the reaction of the treating solution advances and viscosity becomes high, the temp. of the heating medium is lowered through a heat exchanger 13 in order to remove stirring heat and the control of temp. is performed by the three-way branch valve 12 so as to keep the temp. of the treating solution constant. |
