PURPOSE:To produce a pneumatic working valve which can be easily cleaned and assembled by forming a member broken and one not broken by ultrasonic cleaning of different material. CONSTITUTION:One member 24 and the other member 25 are separately cleaned. The member 24 is cleaned in a manner that does not break sealing parts 4, 5 composed of O-rings. After cleaning, when an engaging pillar 40 is inserted into an engaging cylinder 30 as an inserted collar 38 has engaged with the tip of the engaging pillar 40 of the member 25, the pillar 40 presses and slides the inserted collar 38, which presses and moves engaging balls 37 outside. After then, when the inserted collar 38 has passed through the engaging balls 37, the balls 37 are released from outward pressing. Consequently, when a sleeve 32 is slided by the restoring force of an engaging spring 33, a pressing section 35 presses the engaging balls 37 to partially insert them into an engaging groove 41, and the other part of the balls 37 is positioned at an engaging port 36. Thus the member 24 integratedly engages with the member 25 through the engaging balls 37, which makes it possible to assemble the piston rod 14 without handling the members 24 and 25. |
