PURPOSE:To surely secure a license plate bracket to a vehicle body panel, by forming a stopper between the back surface of a vehicle body side securing member and the back surface of the bracket so that the securing member is prevented from rotating toward the back surface of the bracket. CONSTITUTION:An L-like stopper 20 is projected from the back surface 19 of base section 18a of a vehicle body side securing member 18. When a license plate bracket 21 is supported by a locate pin 16 and is then made to abut against a vehicle body near outer panel 9, the vehicle body side securing member 18 is prevented from rotating toward the back surface 21a of the bracket 21 since the stopper 20 is attached to the securing member 18, that is, the securing member 18 is allowed to rotate in only the direction toward the front surface 21b of the bracket 21. In this arrangement, even if the bracket 21 is rotated in the direction of the lower surface 21b, the joint surface 18b of the member 18 may be secured to the panel 9, abutting against the panel in parallel with the latter since spot guns 17 hold therebetween the panel 9 and the member 18. |
