PURPOSE:To make it possible to not only form a trim component part in one step but also to prevent environmental pollution due to solvent for adhesives, by producing a laminated material laminated thereon with an outer skin sheet during manufacturing of a base sheet. CONSTITUTION:A material formed by dissolving and mixing together polypropylene resin, thermoplastic elastomer, color pigment, additive such as, or example, thermal stabilizer, etc. and is extruded from a T-die mold to obtain an outer skin sheet 2 having a thickness of 0.5mm. Then, a material formed by dissolving and mixing polypropylene resin, wood flour, and additive such as, for example, thermal stabilizer is extruded from a T die mold to obtain a base sheet having a thickness of 3mm, and simultaneously, the outer skin sheet 2 is laminated to the base sheet 1 with the use of the residual temperature of the base sheet 1. Further, the thus obtained laminated sheet is cut into pieces having a predetermined size. |
