CONSTITUTION:Cooling water is fed into the space S formed between a partition wall 57 provided in the bottom on the right side of a cooling water tank body 56 and the body 56. The cooling water flows through the hole 58 in the upper part of the wall 57 into the body 56. The side wall 59 on the right side of the body 56 is made lower than at least the diameter of a long-sized material such as U pipe Pu or the like to form a cooling water tank consisting of the side wall part 59a integral with the body 56 and a water-stop plate 59b at the top end thereof. When either of the plate 59b is removed, a notch C is formed therein and the cooling water flows out of the notch C. The U pipe Pu, etc. are submerged approximately horizontally into the cooling water by the above-mentioned mechanism by which the material uniformity of the bent part is obtd. |
