PURPOSE:To reduce vibration of stirling engine, where the pressure fluctuation produced in the cylinder is functioned onto a power piston to produce the output, by manufacturing the reciprocal section with engineering plastic. CONSTITUTION:In a Stirling engine, the pressure fluctuation produced in the cylinder 20 will function onto a power piston 18 then converted onto force and transmitted to the power piston rod 22, the cross head 21 and the power piston connecting rods 11, 12, to take out the rotary work from the crank shaft 7 to the outside. A portion of said rotary work is transmitted to the displacer piston 19 to induce reciprocal motion thus to achieve function as a stirling engine. Here, the power piston rod 2 or the power piston 16 is made of light and strong resin such as glassfiber reinforced engineering plastic. |
