PURPOSE:To maintain the accuracy of electrode easily by constructing a plurality of planar electrodes into units classified for in accordance to the function of electrode then piling said units. CONSTITUTION:A rear face electrode unit 1 is formed with a frame 7. A focus electrode unit 2 is composed of an electrode made of thin metal plates adhered through an insulative spacer. While a vertical deflection unit 3 is composed of a frame 10 and deflection electrode 11. Electrode group unit 4 including the horizontal deflection electrode is adhered through a spacer similar with that of the focus electrode unit 2. In an electron beam flow control electrode unit 5, a line electrode 13 is positioned and stretched over a frame body 14. While the horizontal focus electrode 6 is a screen board. Each unit is arranged as mentioned above. Here, they are assembled alternatively such that the unit 1,3,5 have high rigidity while the units 2, 4 have relatively low rigidity. |
