PURPOSE:To shorten the program executing time by providing an editing function to a programmable controller to edit only the effective steps excepting an NOP (space area in a ladder diagram). CONSTITUTION:A programmable controller consists of a microprocessor 1, a sequence program memory 2, an input part 3, an output part 4, a system program memory 5 and a program loader 7. Furthermore a program step editing part 6 is added together with functions to check both program and line steps and to produce a line allocating circuit. Thus a step constitution is edited with exclusion of the NOP step in a ladder diagram to minimize the number of program steps. |
