PURPOSE:To facilitate providing a spring in structure to press an object to be detected such as hair with a humidity sensor and a pressing body by fitting the pressing body to a pressing piece pivotally and providing a processed hole for fitting the spring to the pressing piece. CONSTITUTION:The humidity sensor 21 is provided to a holding tool 23. Further, the pressing body 24 is fitted to the pressing piece 26 pivotally freely rotatably by an axis 25. Further, the processed hole 29 for providing the spring on the other end of the pressing piece 26 is made. The spring 28 is provided for a spring holding piece 33 provided to the holding tool 23 under the processed hole 29 and the spring holding piece 33, the spring 28 and the pressing piece 26 are fitted pivotally by an axis 35. At this time, these are fitted pivotally by projecting one end 30 of the spring from the processed hole 29 and after that, the end 30 of the spring is engaged to the inner surface of the pressing piece 26.
