Broadcaster, especially for granular fertilizers, with a supply container and with at least one distributor device which is designed as a centrifugal disc drivable in rotation and to which the material particles to be discharged can be fed in adjustable quantities via a metering device. In order to develop broadcasters with a positive metering system in such a way that a uniform spreading result is achieved with every desired discharge quantity, there is arranged between the metering device (5, 8) and the distributor device (6) a material guide element (21) which is adjusted automatically as a function of the discharge quantity when the discharge quantity is varied (Figure 1). <IMAGE>
