PURPOSE:To accommodate a different kind traffic to a network with excellent matching by providing a group of a terminal device transited to a packet communication requesting real time in response to a request in addition to a data packet function.d CONSTITUTION:Plural transmission/reception terminal devices connected to one transmission line as a bus are classified into the 1st terminal device group 103 applying packet communication not requesting the real time performance and the 2nd terminal device group 102 performing packet communication requesting the real time performance in addition t the communication service requested for the 1st group. All terminal devices belong normally to the 1st group and a right of transmission for non-real time is given to a logical bus 101 to execute data packet communication. When a transmission/reception request is caused to the terminal device 102, the terminal device 102 applies call setting and the state is transited to the state of the 2nd group.
