PURPOSE:To facilitate the maintenance and inspection of a printed board, which is engaged with a cooling plate, and to make the cooling plate lightweight, by providing penetrating parts in the substantially filled part of the cooling plate avoiding circulating paths. CONSTITUTION:Penetrating parts 14 are formed by removing the substantially filled part of a plate 10 without cutting each branch path 12 and each main flow path 11, so that the specified strength of the plate 10 can be maintained. Interval blocks 16 are fixed between the plate 10 and a printed board 1. Thus the plate and the board are engaged at the specified interval so that the tip of each thermal contactor 15 and the surface of an electronic part 2 are positively compressed. When a lead terminal 2A of the electric part 2 is to be checked, a probe 20 is inserted into the direction of an arrow D through the penetrating part 14, and a signal can be taken out of the specified lead terminal 2A. |
