PURPOSE:To obtain a BS antenna with excellent weather proof by putting a bead pellet into a metallic die with high pressure vapor so as to plasticize the surface of pellet, melting it thermally and forming an antenna dish. CONSTITUTION:Proper amount of the bead pellets 1 are supplied to a cavity 7 from a bead supply inlet 3 of the metallic die 2 and the high pressure vapor is fed from a vapor inlet 6 to the cavity 7. Then the pellets 1 are heated and the surface is plasticized, the adjacent pellets 1 are molten thermally and the surface layer in the cavity 7 is smoothed to form the antenna dish. A radio wave reflecting layer is formed on the surface of the antenna dish by the other process. Thus, the BS antenna with excellent weather proof is obtained.
