<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the window service at a hospital, etc. by calculating the self-bearing amount according to the medical treatment contents as well as the amount data stored in the 2nd memory means and the data on the 1st memory means. CONSTITUTION:A window clerk pushes first a person-in-charge indication key and shows a specific person in charge who performed a registering operation to a CPU 21 via a key input control means 20. Then the medical treatment items of each patient are supplied according to the treatment record of the patient. The CPU 21 stores the subsequent input register data in a prescribed memory area of a totalizing memory 25 based on a program stored in a ROM 23. Then it is confirmed whether the relevant patient is hospitalized or not and the type of the insurance is designated for the patient. When a medical treatment execution key 14 (PLU key 16) is pushed, the bearing factor and the unit amount per one point of insurance are read out of a RAM 24 and calculated together with the total number of registered data. Thus the slef- bearing amount of the patient is calculated according to the contents of the medical treatment.</p> |
