PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to provide a conventional driving shaft which is long and large, and heavy in weight, and to reduce remarkably a rotational torque by providing a driving pulley on a driving source side having a driving source such as a motor, etc., and its opposite side, and connecting these two driving pulleys by a wire. CONSTITUTION:When an electric pulse for copying is applied to a driving motor 40, a rotation of a revolving shaft is transferred to a driving pulley 43 through a toothed belt 42 from a toothed pulley 41 and the latter is rotated, and also a driving pulley 44 of the opposed side is rotated through a wire 45. In this case, the driving pulleys 43 and 44 are rotated in the opposite direction to each other. By a rotation of the driving pulleys 43, 44, wires 50A, 50B and 54A, 54B which have been wound round these pulleys move the first mirror unit 5 which has been fixed at fixed positions 52, 56, along a guide member 9, and an exposing lamp 3 brings an original to an exposure scan. At the same time, the wires 50A, 50B and 54A, 54B rotates dynamic pulleys 48A, 48B and 49A, 49B, and brig the second mirror unit 8 for holding them, to a linear scan in the same direction at a speed of 1/2 of the first mirror unit 5.
