The matrix material can be prepared by chemically reacting oxide or silicate fillers with reactive OH groups and triorganotin hydroxides, triorganotin esters or hexaorganostannoxanes. Also described is a process for its preparation. The matrix material is a pulverulent, virtually odour-free product. The matrix material can be incorporated without difficulty into materials such as crop protection agents, anti-fouling paints, wood preservatives, dispersion paints, casting compositions or plastics, and gives durable, biocidally highly-effective products. |
