This hearing aid has no openings on the outside which are easily accessible to the user. For this purpose, the hearing aid housing (10) consisting of the housing bottom (11) and housing top (13) exhibits at the top a flattened area (14) through which an adjusting element (35) of a gain controller (32) protrudes. A rotary knob (50) is snapped onto the adjusting element, a small distance (h) to the sound inlet existing between the lower edge (55) of the rotary knob and the flattened area (14) in the snapped-on state. The flattened area contains a sound penetration opening (42) which is connected to a microphone (45) contained in the hearing aid housing. The flattened area furthermore contains openings (48, 49) for the free passage of adjusting elements (36) which belong to trimming resistors (33) and are covered by the rotary knob (50). <IMAGE> |
