PURPOSE:To prevent vibration and breakage by clamping a thin cylindrical roller between parallel planes of yokes fitted with coupling members disposed on a driving shaft and a driven shaft, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A comparative thin cylindrical roller 9 is clamped between parallel planes of yokes 4, 4' fitted with coupling members 2, 2' disposed on a driving shaft 1 and a driven shaft 1', respectively. In this arrangement, no play in the rotating direction is produced between the coupling members 2, 2', and when strong force is applied, the roller 9 is bent in a large way to bring the inside diameter portion into contact with the outside diameter portion of a core member 10 to prevent the roller from being further bent. Accordingly, backlash is eliminated to prevent vibration and breakage. |
