PURPOSE:To obtain exact printing by eliminating the elongation or contraction of pictures in printed materials by providing a a regulator capable of regulatively moving and supporting the shaft to support one end of a plate frame in both the directions of approaching and separating from printing face. CONSTITUTION:When a handle 8 is rotationally operated by an adequate amount under a condition that a positioning screw 15 is loosened, a support arm 3 is turned through an eccentric cam 6 and a rocking block 4. A shaft 14 is separated from the plate and regulatively moved vertically within the ling hole 13 of a rail 11. For this reason, when the screw 15 is clamped at any regulating position of the shaft 14, the supporting point position of the rail 11 can properly regulated. In case where pictures printed on a printing material are elongated in relation to original pictures of the screen 20 of a plate frame 12, the shaft 14 is adjusted to an upper adequate position, whereas when the pictures are contracted, the shaft 14 is adjusted to the lower adequate position to obtain exact printing. The reregulating operation of the shaft 14 by graduations 16 and indicators 17 can be easily made. |
