The machine is of the type having a rotary, hollow sowing cylinder, whose interior constitutes a vacuum chamber, its lateral wall having a series of generatrix rows of equidistant holes, of calibrated passage, being characterized by the definition, inside said cylinder and in its bottom part, of a longitudinal chamber which is fixed in relation to the cylinder and open towards its wall, sealed from the rest of the cavity, to which enclosure pressurized air is impelled in order efficiently to detach the seeds from the holes and to impel them towards the ground. The machine has scraper brushes which can be positioned transversely in relation to the sowing cylinder, in order to regulate the sowing frame within each line, and also means for varying the speed of the cylinder, a device for blowing in a direction which is tangential to the surface of the cylinder, and means for regulating a turbine generator for the vacuum and the pressure.
