PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit without spoiling the energy recovery function, by recovering energy stored in the snubber circuit of an arm on the lower side, to the auxiliary DC power source the same as that of an arm on the upper side. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary DC power source 4 is connected outside only one pole of a DC power source 1. The snubber circuit of the transistor 6 which is an arm on the upper side, is organized with the series circuit of a snubber diode 14 and a snubber condenser 18, and the intermediate point of them is connected to the auxiliary DC power source 4 via an auxiliary diode 16 and an auxiliary reactor 21. For the transistor 7 of the arm on the lower side, the series circuit connected to snubber condensers 31, 33 on the both sides of a snubber diode 32 is provided as snubber circuit. Energy stored in the snubber circuit of the arm on the lower side is also recovered to the auxiliary DC power source 4 as well as that of the arm on the upper side. |
