PURPOSE:To provide a recorder capable of being reduced in size and simplified on the paper-supplying device side, by providing a paper-discharging roller operated by the same drive source as that for a tractor for feeding a fanfold paper. CONSTITUTION:A tractor gear 17 is fixed to a tractor shaft 16, and an idle gear 7 is engaged with an idle gear 18 through the turning of tractor levers 14, 15 to predetermined positions. Each combined paper-discharging roller and paper support 19 is fitted over an angular shaft part of a tractor shaft 16 so that it can be freely moved in the axial direction, and is rotated together with the shaft 16. When performing an automatic paper-supplying operation, a paper- supplying cassette is mounted onto a mount plate 58 under the condition where the tractor part is switched to a position on the upper side of a platen 1. Rotation of the paper-discharging roller 19 is transmitted the platen 1 through a gear train 4, 18, 17. Accordingly, since the paper-discharging roller operated by the same drive source as that for the tractor is provided, the paper-supplying device can be reduced in size and simplified. |
