PURPOSE:To prevent a slip between a tape and a head and enable the tape to be surely supplied to an adhesive tape glued part, by causing a needle-shaped protrusion, provided in each side surface of the head, to penetrate through the tape in accordance with a rotation of the polygonal attracting head attracting the adhesive tape. CONSTITUTION:A regular octagonal attracting head 19 protrusively provides in its each side surface 22a-22c a contact pin 18 one by one in close vicinity to a grooved hole 20. And if the attracting head 19, attracting by air holes 21 an adhesive tape supplied from an adhesive tape roll, is rotated by a driving motor in the counterclockwise direction, the contact pin 18, penetrating through the adhesive tape, prevents a slip between the adhesive tape and the attracting head 19. While the contact pin 18, being protrusively provided in the vicinity of the grooved hole 20 for a cutter to pass through, can prevent the adhesive tape from being displaced also when it is cut by the cutter. Further the pin 18 can also hole the adhesive tape to the head 19 during the time from cutting of the tape till it is glued by the pressure of air after releasing the vacuum attraction.
