PURPOSE:To prevent the body of a glass pane guide from inclining and to prevent the base section of a weather strip from coming off from a retainer sash, by forming locking lips adapted to be made into contact with the vehicle inside and outside end edges of opening of the retainer sash, at both ends of the base section of the weather strip in the glass guide. CONSTITUTION:A weather strip is composed of an outer lip 2 attached with a glass guide 1, an inner lip 3 connected to the outer lip 3, and a base section 4 connected to both inner and outer lips 2, 3. Further, the weather strip is attached to the door attaching opening section of a vehicle body panel by fitting the base section 4 into the retainer sash 5. In the above-mentioned arrangement, the glass guide 1 is composed of a guide body 1a having a cross-sectioned shape similar to that of the outer lip 2, a base section 1b embedded in the base section 4, a first locking lip 1c made into contact with the vehicle inside end edge 5a of opening of the retainer sash 5 and a second locking lip made into contact with the vehicle outside end edge of the retainer sash 5.
