PURPOSE:To need no labor on removing varnish and automatize a varnish treating process, by arranging a masking jig having rubber elasticity, on a section to be kept from varnish adhesion, and by carrying out varnish impregna tion in this state. CONSTITUTION:A masking jig 7 having rubber elasticity is arranged previously to be a butted on a section to be kept from varnish adhesion, on the inner diameter side or the outer diameter side of a core 1. To arrange the masking jig 7 to come in close contact with the core surface, for example, the jig 7 may be formed to be hollow, and compressed air may be contrived to be fed into the jig. In this state, varnish 6 is fed through a varnish tank 5, and varnish impregnation treatment is carried out, and finally, the masking jig 7 is removed. By this method, varnish is not stuck on a section requiring no varnish, from the beginning, and so labor for removing varnish is not needed, and the industrial process can be simplified. |
