The device for making dispersions used for material transfer processes in the chemical or bio-chemical industries, consists of a central tube for the light phase and side tube for the heavy phase; an upper chamber from which the heavy phase under low pressure is injected through holes machined in the heavy phase plate and the light phase through facing holes machined in the light phase plate. The number of holes varies from 4 to 128, being equal in both plates and of uniform diameter, those in having an upwards enlargement.
