PURPOSE:To transfer fine particles under accurate control of speed by regulating the ratio of the pressures on the upstream and the downstream side of a contracting and expanding nozzle 1 provided at the flow passage to more than the ratio of the respective critical pressures. CONSTITUTION:The ratio of the pressures on the upstream and the downstream side of a contracting and expanding nozzle 1 provided at the flow passage to more than the ratio of the respective critical pressures. Consequently, since fine particles can be independently transferred in the space as a flow of uniformly dispersed fine particles, the fine particles can be transferred under accurate control of speed. Accordingly, the active fine particles can be surely transferred to a collecting position under such conditions and the kinetic energy when the particles are blown can be precisely controlled.
