PURPOSE:To obtain an injecting deice which is small-sized, high in the reliability and excellent in the efficiency by controlling both a piezoelectric unit provided to the flow path of a casing and the following solenoid valve with a controlling means wherein it is provided to at least one hand of a flow path in a nozzle side and a flow path in a fluid feeding means side. CONSTITUTION:In the casings 61, 62, the spaces are formed in the insides thereof and two opening parts 68, 69 which communicate the spaces to the outside parts are formed and also the piezoelectric units 40, 50 wherein plural piezoelectric elements are superposed in the direction of the thickness thereof are provided to the inner spaces of the casings. The fluid feeding means 10 is connected to the opening part of one hand of the casings and a nozzle 65 is connected to the opening part of the other hand of the casings. Furthermore the solenoid valves 20, 30 are connected to at least one hand of a flow path between the inner space of the casing and the means 10 and a flow path between the inner space of the casing and the nozzle 65. The periodical change is given to the electrical energy impressed to the piezoelectric units by controlling the solenoid valves with a controlling unit 200.
