PURPOSE:To obtain the titled treating device which can operate to treat various kinds of particulate substances in the same container by providing a porous filtering member on the bottom part of a stirring device consisting of an inverted conical container equipped with a stirring member which has an autorotating and revolving spiral blade. CONSTITUTION:An introducing port 3 for particulate substance, a charging port 4 for washing or extracting solution and an exhausting port 5 for gas generated in case of drying are installed on the top part of the inverted conical container 1 whose preferable vertical angle is 30-40 deg. and which has a vertical center shaft. Also, the porous filtering member 8 such as a filter cloth, etc., is installed on the bottom part of the container 1, an inlet 9 for drying air and a discharging port 10 for the filtrate are arranged under the filtering member 8 and said discharging port 10 is also used as the dispersing plate for blowing of the drying air in addition to usual filtering operation. On the other hand, the stirring part 11 having the spiral blade is disposed adjacent to the internal surface of side wall of the container 1 and supported freely rotably by the external end of a supporting arm 12 and the stirring member 11 is autorotated and revolved.
