<p>The invention relates to plastic brooms of the type imitating birch brooms, and allows an entirely mechanical and robust assembly of its constituent elements. It comprises a combination of branches formed by rods 12 carrying twig pieces 14 and fitted with a ring 13 at the upper part. These branches are stacked up at the rings 13 at the upper part of a broach-shaped support 1 and are guided and held by discs 6 at the lower part of the said broach. A sleeve-shaped cover 8 covers the upper part of the rods 12 and also serves to lock the mechanism. The invention shall be advantageously used for manufacturing plastic brooms used for street sweeping, for it provides a very competitive manufacturing cost and allows the branches to be individually interchanged. <IMAGE></p> |
